Delivery: Monday – Saturday 9am - 6pm; Sundays: 12pm-3pm 

Please Note: Delivery does not include set up.

Delivery Round Trip Fee: Fairfield/ Suisun, Vacaville, American Canyon, Winters, Dixon, Davis.

Small Delivery: Up to 40 chairs, 3 round tables, 6 six-foot tables. $25

Medium Delivery Load: 41 - 75 chairs; or 8 six-foot tables with chairs, or 3 round tables with chairs $50

Large Delivery Load: 76 - 99 chairs; or a combination of six-foot tables and 5 round tables with chairs $100

Extra Large: 100 - 150 Chairs $125

Special Delivery: 151 - 200 Chairs $150

Premium Delivery: 201 - 250 Chairs $200

Delivery & Pick-up Guidelines:

Delivery: We deliver rental equipment to the curbside or driveway.

Pick-Up: Please ensure all equipment is neatly stacked and ready for collection.

Late fees: The full rental rate for each item not returned for each additional day 

Set-Up & Take-Down:
Set-up and take-down services are available for an additional charge.

All rental equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after every use.

Rentals are not confirmed until both booking  & payment are completed. 

Rental Pricing Policy:

All rentals are based on availability. Same Day Reservations are not guaranteed. All rentals are priced for a 48 hour period, with returns due by 5 PM. The price remains the same regardless of a shorter rental duration. 

Payment Policy Agreement:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your equipment rental. The remaining 50% is due 2 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery. Please note the rental equipment will only be delivered once full payment has been received. Bookings reserved 24 hours or less will be charged full amount, nonrefundable.  A 3.5% Surcharge applies to all transactions.  

Please note we are unable to accept payment over the phone. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancelation Policy:

Deposits are nonrefundable. 

Customer Responsibility:

Customer Responsibility Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery or customer pick-up until it is returned. Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage in an unclean condition.

Return Condition:

We ask that all items be returned clean and organized. A minimum cleaning fee $50 if items are returned dirty. 

Proper Handling of Equipments:

Keep all rental equipment away from open flames or heat sources. Use Rental equipment only for its intended purpose. Place all rental equipment on level surface. Do not stand on or tilt any rental equipment

Indemnification and Liability:

In the event of any accident or incident causing property damage or bodily harm, the customer agrees to take full responsibility and indemnify and hold JV Rentals harmless from any claims or actions. JV Rentals shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to customer’s property in any way connected with the use or defect of our rental equipment. JV Rentals makes no warranties regarding the equipment’s fitness for any particular purpose.
