PICK-UP & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Fees will be based on load and distance. Additional charges may apply for extended distances, difficult access, or setups requiring extra labor.

Delivery pricing includes placement within 50 FT of delivery vehicle and up to 3 steps. Any additional distance or stairs must be disclosed at the time of booking. Undisclosed conditions will result in additional charges and may delay or prevent delivery.

Note: Large or heavy items like 60” round tables may require additional labor for safe delivery and setup.

The quoted delivery fee will be added to your order and reflected in your final payment.

Delivery / Pick UP Guidelines:

  • Delivery Drop Off  7AM -11AM 

    •     Delivery Pick up 12PM - 3PM

        PICK UP Orders 3:30PM-6PM 

        Return Orders 3:30PM-6PM

    NOTE: We will text you the week of delivery with an exact time of delivery. 

    Late fees: The full rental rate for each item not returned for each additional day 

    Pickup Policy / Setup & Tear-Down

    All equipment will be delivered as arranged by JV Rentals. For pickup, items must be returned in the same setup/order they were delivered. If chairs are not stacked or tables not cleared for pickup, a tear-down/setup fee will be applied. This ensures a smooth and safe pickup for our team and future rentals.

    All rental equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after every use. 

    RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS

    Rentals are not confirmed until both booking  & payment are completed. 

    Rental Pricing Policy:

    All rentals are based on availability. Same Day Reservations are not guaranteed. All rentals are priced for a 3 day period, with returns due by 6 PM. The price remains the same regardless of a shorter rental duration. 

    Payment Policy Agreement:

    To ensure the security of all transactions and protect both our clients and our business, JV Rentals has updated our payment process.

    Payment Method

    • JV Rentals will no longer charge customer credit cards directly.
    • All payments will be made securely through an invoice or payment link sent directly to the client.
    • Clients are responsible for reviewing and completing payment using the provided link.

    Authorization

    • Payment must be completed by the client using the secure link provided.
    • By submitting payment, the client confirms they are the authorized cardholder.
    •  Bookings made 24 hours or less before the scheduled delivery or pickup must be paid in full at the time of reservation. All such payments are non-refundable.
    • JV Rentals accepts major credit/debit cards. A 3.5% surcharge on ALL transactions. We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, or Cash. Please note we are unable to accept payment over the phone. Thank you for your understanding.

     A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your equipment rental. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance

    Cancelation Policy:

    Deposits are nonrefundable. 

    Customer Responsibility:

    Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery or customer pick-up until it is returned. Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage in an unclean condition.

    Proper Handling of Equipments:

    Keep all rental equipment away from open flames or heat sources. Use Rental equipment only for its intended purpose. Place all rental equipment on level surface. Do not stand on or tilt any rental equipment

    Indemnification and Liability:

    In the event of any accident or incident causing property damage or bodily harm, the customer agrees to take full responsibility and indemnify and hold JV Rentals harmless from any claims or actions. JV Rentals shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to customer’s property in any way connected with the use or defect of our rental equipment. JV Rentals makes no warranties regarding the equipment’s fitness for any particular purpose. 

    FARMHOUSE TABLE OVERLAY POLICY

    To ensure our farmhouse table overlays remain beautiful for every client, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be followed

    Surface Protection

    All cups and beverages must be placed on a coaster to prevent moisture rings and water stains. 

    Spills must be cleaned immediately, especially red juices, wine, coffee, or dark-colored beverages, as they can stain the wood finish.

    Do not place hot items directly on the surface without protection.

    Do not use tape, nails, screws, or adhesives on the overlays.

    These overlays are stained and sealed; however, they are still real wood and can stain if liquids sit on the surface.

    Setup of the farmhouse overlays is included in the rental price.

    Delivery and pickup are an additional charge and will be quoted based on location and load size.

    Damage Liability

    The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

    Water rings or moisture stains

    Wine or beverage staining

    Burns or heat marks

    Deep scratches or gouges

    Adhesive residue or surface lifting
