How long is the rental period?
Rentals are priced for up to 3 days. The price remains the same if you need the items for fewer days.
How do I reserve my items?
Your reservation is confirmed only after your booking and 50% non-refundable deposit are completed. Items are subject to availability.
When is the remaining balance due?
All orders must be paid in full 2 days before pickup or delivery. Orders booked within 24 hours must be paid in full and are non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment link. A 3.5% surcharge applies to all transactions. We do not accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, or payments by phone.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is based on distance and the size of your order. Your delivery fee will be quoted separately and added to your final payment.
What does standard delivery include?
Standard delivery includes placement within 50 feet of our vehicle and up to 3 steps. Additional distance, stairs, difficult access, or extra labor may result in additional fees and must be disclosed before booking.
Do tables and chairs need to be ready for pickup?
Yes. Tables must be cleared and chairs must be stacked as delivered. An additional labor fee will apply if items are not ready.
What happens if items are returned late, damaged, or missing?
Late items will be charged the full rental rate for each additional day. Customers are responsible for missing, damaged, excessively dirty, or improperly handled equipment.
Are deposits refundable if I cancel?
No. All deposits are non-refundable.
Do any rental items require a security deposit?
Yes. Select rental items, including premium florals, pedestal pillars, and hurricane vases, require a refundable security deposit. The deposit amount is listed on the individual product page.
When will my security deposit be refunded?
Security deposits are refunded after the rental items are returned and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Can money be deducted from my security deposit?
Yes. Reasonable costs for missing or damaged items or components may be deducted from the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
