RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS

Rental Pricing Policy:

All rentals are based on availability. Same Day Reservations are not guaranteed. All rentals are priced for a 24-hour period, with returns due by 3 PM the following day. The price remains the same regardless of a shorter rental duration.

Frequent asked Question: When do I need to return the rental equipment?

Answer: The following day before 3pm at the provided location.

Payment Policy Agreement:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your equipment rental. The remaining 50% is due 2 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery. If you choose to pay in cash on the day of your pick-up appointment, please inform us in advance. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being non-refundable.

Please note we are unable to accept payment over the phone.

Cancelation Policy:

Cancellations made 5 days prior to pick-up or delivery will receive a full deposit refund. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Cancellations made 3–4 days prior to pick-up or delivery will incur a $20 restocking fee.

Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to pick-up or delivery will result in a non-refundable deposit.
